The Alpha Course
Over 18 million people worldwide have now attended an Alpha course, an opportunity to explore the meaning of life, running in tens of thousands of churches all across the world, including here at Woodlands.
The course is designed for people who are interested in finding out more about the Christian faith. There is a meal followed by a short talk, then a chance to ask questions and discuss in a small group context.
Alpha is ideal for anyone asking questions about faith and interested in exploring ideas. It's also good for new Christians, newcomers to church and those wanting to brush up on the basics. It's totally free and you're not tied into anything.

Our Next Courses:
Our next central Alpha course starts on May 8th and runs for 7 consecutive Wednesday evenings at Woodlands Church.
The evenings start at 7.30pm with coffee and cakes, followed by a short talk and then informal group discussion, finishing by 9.30pm.

There is also a Daytime Alpha Course starting on Friday May 17th, running for 7 weeks at Woodlands Church.
The mornings start at 9.45am with croissant and coffee, followed by a short DVD talk and then informal group discussion, finishing by 11.15am. Creche for under 5s is provided.
