Pam has lived in Bristol all her life and, together with husband Rob, have been involved in church leadership in Bristol for more than 35 years. Pam and Rob are the senior leaders of the Woodlands Group of Churches, of which Highgrove is a part. Pam has two grown up children and three grandchildren.

Ed and Deborah have lived in Sea Mills and been part of Highgrove since 1999. They have two little boys called Isaac and Toby. Ed works part time as an accountant specialising in Charities and Ed and Deborah divide the rest of their time between childcare and working for Highgrove.
